DLF Ltd, India’s leading real estate giant, is set to launch its ultra-luxury Dahlias project in Gurugram, which has been billed as the most expensive residential project in India. Strategically located on the prestigious Golf Course Road, this project promises to set new benchmarks for opulence and grandeur.


Spanning over 17 acres, The Dahlias will feature around 400 exclusive residences, with the starting price pegged at a whopping ₹80,000 per square foot. The estimated revenue potential of this project is an astounding ₹34,000 crore, according to PropEquity. This is about 2.5 times the sales value of DLF's earlier venture, The Camellias.

The apartments, sized between 9,500 to 16,000 square feet, offer unprecedented space and luxury, with the average ticket size estimated to be ₹100 crore per residence. While DLF’s The Camellias has garnered substantial attention with a sales value of ₹13,200 crore, The Dahlias is expected to outperform with its ultra-premium price tag and expansive residences. The Dahlias, previously referred to as "Camellias 2," will dwarf its predecessor in both scale and exclusivity.

For context, the most expensive real estate project in India to date has been 360 West in Mumbai's Worli, developed by Oberoi Realty. The Dahlias is poised to challenge that position with its unmatched luxury offering and a price tag that caters to India’s elite.
